I know little about human lactation but this happens in goats. My goatling Elvira has been a ‘maiden milker’ all year. I’ve milked about 1.4 litres from her daily. Then she got mastitis. No pus but her udder turned into hard lumps. We are on week 7 of treatment with intramammary tubes…
