In the magical view of self, there is no spirit/matter or mind/body split and the paradoxes of free will and determinism disappear. Some of our acts are conditioned and some are random.

Transcendental theories about the placement and purpose of self and its relationship to deities are mutually exclusive. PJC

This accords with the observation that our subjective experience is not constant. Our subjective experience consists of our various selves experiencing each other.

The chaos magical view of self is that it is based on the same random capricious chaos which makes the universe exist and do what it does. The magical self has no center; it is not a unity but an assemblage of parts, any number of which may temporarily club together and call themselves “I.”

The problem that this consequently
creates is an exacerbated dualism that offers us a very
pessimistic vision of the reality that we perceive, an idea that has currently been rescued by the theory of simulation as well as by other ideas in different fields such as contemporary physics.

Gnosticism solves the problem of evil by
showing us a flawed material world created by an imperfect god.

Overthinking is the death of magick.

Marco Visconti

This is an interesting quote that applies to everything related to the Spirit. We must trascend intelectual narratives in order to see with the Nous, the eyes of the heart.

Real initiation is a secret, silent, personal affair.

‘Magick is getting into communication with individuals who exist on a higher plane than ours. Mysticism is the raising of oneself to their level.’

Freemasonry is a magnificent entry to the mysteries. It's the largest school. But by no means the only one. And there are some limitations too.

Kemi Badenoch or how to sink the Tory Party even further. Mimicking Farage and going towards the far right isn't a USP. Aside from being questionable on many other fronts.

Elon Musk is a car crash waiting to happen. He might be good at acquiring large companies and setting himself as their founder, but nobody believes his bull shit anymore. His extreme far-right credentials are out in the open. His amoral opportunistic approach is well known.

Only misinformed (polite euphemism)working class people vote Reform. The average Brit wants corporations to pay more tax, doesn't want a US style health service, and doesn't want anti abortion legislation or a relaxation on UK gun law.

Nothing is wholly obvious without becoming enigmatic. Reality itself is too obvious to be true .
