Are there any non medication options that you've found that can hold back the worst of it? For my worst ADHD days an absolute shit ton of caffeine will get me through but with a reaching heart rate, which isn't good for an old fat man.

I'm sorry. My wife used to have fainting problems due to low iron when she had her period. It was scary.

I play in first person but one of my groups has a problem understanding that some of the more intense things I say are my character and not Bill so I need to drop character during big feeling times. Half of the group is neurodivergent, so it makes sense.

Sorry your feeling ill. Getting a flu or food poisoning symptoms and being on your period has got to be the absolute worst. (not including the things that are obviously worse...)

I have to contact carriers to open ticket for downed circuits. While waiting in their queue they suggest going to their web portal to open tickets. On the portal they suggest Live Chat only to find out it's AI, which is not Live, and after a few questions the AI directs me to call the queue.

I don't know anything about different types of snowflakes. I'm from the valley in Northern California. In the winter the snowline is less than 90 minutes away and we can always see it to the east.
