How about studying in reality as well as the college level. It's the whole point of the Senate and the idea that the constitution could be amended.

I don't know about begging for socialism. But they're definitely seeing where it's needed and are beginning to have a better understanding.

But I will say the people that wrote our constitution lost everything for it.
Had nothing to do with taxes and everything to do with freedom and Liberty for all. They understood they couldn't change slavery then, but it could be in the future.

Its still a radical left no matter where it came from. Similar to this radical division of the Republican party we see today.
I do agree during Reagan and Clinton Democrats did shift more right just as Republicans shifted more left. This wider centrist point of view grew a lot during that time IMO

Trump does like to exaggerate. Just glad I was able to pick up a dozen eggs for under $3 and fill up my tank for 30% less than I have. I'm also looking forward to my much bigger tax return next year. But 2028 can't come fast enough.

Disappointing your friend didn't see the negative aspect of an entire freight company going out of business due to this.
But I'm guessing he understands the strict requirements for commercial drivers and how many of these "illegal" immigrants have been able to bypass those restrictions.
