Started Postgreen Homes in 2009 with focus on spec home sales in Philly with modern, sustainable & attainable design.
Shifted to boutique hospitality with Lokal Hotel in 2017.

One thing I hate about hospitality is that every once in a while a terrible guest brings one of our staff to tears and ruins their day. It's just inevitable in this business...

I play pickleball now. I thought it was just for older folks but I gotta admit it’s a lot of fun and plenty of young ones out there taking it up. Great for exercise, competition and community. I thank my mom for getting me into it.

I’m not a huge fan of “glamping” but this is an interesting collab between BIG and Nokken. Also, Nokken is a pretty cool modular cabin company I’ve not seen before worth a look.
