But, let’s say Venezuela charges Hegseth as well and requests extradition. Could a Democrat President in 2029 order Hegseth detained and extradited to Venezuela? Then Venezuela to ICC?

Or Democrats today are really Reagan Republicans. Both parties have drifted right, while people like Kasich (and myself) have stayed consistent.
