@jfmezei Yeah the issue wasn't under the skirt, it was definitely an external force (a COPV) that tore open the O2 tank.
I'm sure the vendor for these COPVs is under some pretty heavy scrutiny at this point.

@jfmezei The first photo is a shot of the very bottom of the booster. It appears the stern of the booster is largely intact.
The aft tank is the O2 tank, the stern tank is the CH4 tank.
This is a primitive image but illustrates what we're seeing.
