These were happening simultaneously last night
My giant tabby and white kitty boy sitting on the arm of the sofa that I'm leaning against. He has his chin and one paw on my shoulder, looking into the camera. His chin is on the paw. The overall effect is extremely cute. My brown tabby kitty girl laying on my chest on her side, sort of, with her top front paw stretched out, eyes mostly closed. You can't tell from the picture but she was so relaxed it felt like she'd turned off her bones.

If you're interested in trying to get rid of them, something that's worked decently well for us is to put zucchini slices in the tank, then take them out when they get covered in snails. We did that then finished off the diehards with an assassin snail iirc
Our current household freshwater tank, with a free tetras and swordtails (I think?) and a couple bubble columns at each end

My two cats sleeping in a cat tree. On the lower shelf is the tabby and white chungus who can barely curl up in the shelf. Looming above him in a tunnel is his brown tabby sister, curled up asleep in a less compact manner bc she is merely normal-sized.

Classic kitty stuff, frankly. This one likes to attack my feet while I'm sleeping.
My brown tabby cat in a carpeted cat tree tunnel. There's a window in the side of the tunnel that she's sticking her head through, along with one paw. The look on her face can only be described as "zoomy." Her tail and one back foot are sticking out of the near end of the tunnel, which elevates the comedy level of the whole pose.

I grew up with Siamese cats but the chattiest one I've ever had is a Maine Coon mix. Not an unspoken thought.
