Repubs always go on about small businesses. Well, tier 1 and tier 2 diversity spending programs were a great way to get contracts to minority/veteran/women owned, and more, businesses. Seems like a great way to grow small businesses that could otherwise be overlooked. Is that dead now?

You just know that if Musk were doing this for a Dem administration there would be a group of Republican congressmen and women storming over to that building. They'd have cameras and they'd be making a huge production of it.
