Also, seems like a never ending stream of stimuli. Went to a hockey game Saturday and every second of non-play was met with an onslaught of music, yelling, graphics etc. I couldn’t talk to my seat mates because it was too loud. Old man…cloud, I get it, but I find everywhere is like that now.

Went to Finland and other Baltic states in 2006. Can’t wait to go back. It’s just so lovely there. If you have time to ferry over to Tallinn, it’s outstanding as well. Thanks for all the pics!!!!

This is super helpful and congrats. I find myself currently where you were and want to get to where you are. I’ve been talking about yoga for months:). Do you use heavy bag only and do you go somewhere for training or in house?
