We've given each employee a relatively small amount on a Ramp card each year to donate to their local community. It's always interesting to see what people pick, and has been a big hit with everyone.(Using something like Ramp makes this easy.) punchpass.com/resources/bl...

As someone whose kids are now out of the house (23 & 20) you have this exactly right @lauraroeder.bsky.social I am sure my business has suffered some the past few years because I’ve been focusing a lot on family. Wouldn’t change a thing.

yikes! We were looking at Render and we didn't consider that. Probably would have been a dealbreaker for us as well. (an issue with how they do a full rebuild when changing an ENV variable caused us to hold off switching)

I do know if I’d say it’s super accessible- I’d prefer the clif notes version! I’m grinding through but it’s a bit of a slog to be honest.
