My experience with PT added years to my mobility and allowed me to be an active dad. ☮️

Yup. #MS at 22 in the early 90s. I was job-locked in my 30s until the #ACA. I feel like the healthcare discussion needs to explain pre-existing conditions since it was a HUGE win for those with #chronicillness.

My English degree went a long way into a 25 year career working with stem schools around the country. I don’t see it as a boomer thing, I see it as money flowing into sci and tech and increasingly devaluing the humanities. 5/

In the mid-late 80s states started spending money on STEM programming, generally to elite public schools. I had a moment the other day where I wondered if I would choose the same major today. 3x
