I think his famed analysis of Russia's invasion of Ukraine as "settler colonialism" is shallow and ahistorical jargon... but I have never found a significant critique of it... but I would enjoy reading one (I don't have the energy to write one). Alternatively: jacobin.com/2016/08/timo...
