Erm now. The Supreme Court ruled on this too. If women have taken testosterone, they can be lawfully excluded. The purpose is safety and fairness.

2 weeks today, I turn 50.
My Dad and my lovely MiL gave me some birthday money. I just bought a painting at a local art gallery. And I love it.
And I’ll look at it often. And I’ll enjoy it.

2 weeks today, I turn 50.
