I'll preface w/ I'm not a lawyer, just going by what I've read.
1 - They waited until governor, attny general & sec of state signed off on results. Then they sent a letter (I know... but they can say they asked).
2 - Attention & possible directive. It's better than nothing & courts are holding.

IMO, those 2 judges used this to show their loyalty in hopes of a supreme court nomination rather than reading the law and the facts on the ground.

I'm genuinely surprised this number hasn't increased! His tariff numbers are all over the place, drug price reductions are all over the place, but not "7 wars".
