Are there any example programs that are more directly targeted at lower income ranges? (Like free passes/specific routes) It seems like it should be possible to both be equitable and not entirely give up 100% of fare revenue. If he could get a tax passed, the pp amount seems low?

I'm assuming it's mostly logistical reasons that bring our numbers down. Our primary is important, but in summer not fall. Ranked choice only in primary not general. Off year from national

Using Cursor, so people can switch models as they desire. I'll have to see if I can get our actual usage data. Certainly the sentiment has been to stick with 3.5 though
