At the airport. Security. Coffee. Gate. The usual. Flying direct landing around 2:30.
January 3, 2026 at 12:52 PM
Up early. Airport shuttle at 7:30. Flights at 10:30. I’m not far from the airport. Three weeks I. The caymans starts today.

January 3, 2026 at 11:43 AM
Set alarms for tomorrow.

I so badly need this.
January 3, 2026 at 3:12 AM
Every thing handled. Paperwork signed and sent. Tamagotchi returned.

Three weeks of doing not very much.
January 3, 2026 at 12:28 AM
Reviewing lawsuit paperwork. Signing off on various things. Just some admin stuff before I’m ooo for three weeks.

Marie’s legal team has this under control.
January 2, 2026 at 9:42 PM
ENT appointment done. Throats fine. Vocal cords are fine. New molds of ears taken. They see a lot of industry folks. Office hours are 2-10 which makes way more sense than trying to get anyone to show up at 8]’.

Recommended o actually rest on vacation. Noted.
January 2, 2026 at 8:18 PM
Grabbed lunch. ENT appointment in half an hour standard post intense work checkup.. and I really need new iems. Then back to handle paperwork. Tomorrow I get to fly to a warm place and disappear for three weeks.
January 2, 2026 at 6:34 PM
Tamagotchi returned. Claire will be thrilled. I will be happy if I never have to see another one ever again. It beeped at the worst times. For a week straight.
January 2, 2026 at 4:58 PM
Heading to the upper west side to return the tamagotchi Survived NYE, multiple rehearsals, a snow day. Quite the adventure.
January 2, 2026 at 4:23 PM
Actually awake. Slept most of yesterday after I thawed out. Today is a bit of admin before I take 3 weeks long overdue vacation. Returning Claire’s tamagotchi, EnT appointment at 2 and some paperwork for Marie.

Ready to be back on a beach.
January 2, 2026 at 2:47 PM
It’s dark outside. I think that means I slept all day. Ordering breakfast. At 5:45pm.
January 1, 2026 at 10:26 PM
Finally back at the hotel. 22 hour day. Show was 6 hours of live television. Everything before and after was logistics, coordination and making sure nothing went wrong.

We did it. Now we can rest for a bit before we get back to it.

I go sleep now.
January 1, 2026 at 11:11 AM
Last talent is taking off. Hugged Di. I’ll see her in February in Singapore.

Got the tamagotchi back from Georgia. Making sure we cleaned up. Crowd is still here. Let’s.. wrap it up folks. Don’t have to go home but you can’t stay here.
January 1, 2026 at 8:46 AM
Still here. Getting everyone out of Times Square takes forever. Some folks are heading out by helicopter to Newark to charters. Some are heading to parties in the city.. others are heading to hotel rooms or their houses.

Checking out dressing rooms and green rooms and looking for lost stuff.

January 1, 2026 at 5:11 AM
Two minutes! We’re ready. Crowd is packed in here.
6 hours of live television starts in 118 seconds.

Probably going to be quiet for a bit.

I do have a job and all.
December 31, 2025 at 10:59 PM
PLACES!

Everyone in position. Talent is ready. Cameras ready. Audio ready. Lighting ready. Directors on cons doing final countdown to 6pm start.

Here.

We.

Go.
December 31, 2025 at 10:32 PM
Ladies and gentlemen we have thirty minutes to places. We have 30 minutes to places. Team leads will begin huddle ups now.

Let’s get this show on the road…
December 31, 2025 at 9:58 PM
Crew is all here. Taking photos for socials (carefully)
Rechecking the rechecks. Normally we don’t have time to check everything this much but most shows aren’t simulcast around the world to a crowd of a million people. So.. scale.
This is what the final hour before showtime looks like.
December 31, 2025 at 9:14 PM
Talent is mostly done getting dressed and through hair and makeup. Looking good. Can’t do much now except wait and stay fresh. Green rooms are heating up. 2 hours to places.
December 31, 2025 at 8:28 PM
Why are we waiting? Because there are 47 things that all have to happen before we can start and they all take time and we rolled on early because it’s impossible to get in now.

Security is doing another sweep. I got to meet a cute beagle. Cameras are being calibrated. Audio is checking everything.
December 31, 2025 at 7:34 PM
Still waiting. Makeup taking forever because it has to be perfect for 6 hours of hd cameras. Costume team is all g final fittings. Tech crew is running cable checks. Everyone’s busu but we’re still hours from show time. This is the long part.
December 31, 2025 at 6:12 PM
Had a question- does the crowd make getting around complicated.. and the answer is well no. We have corridors to get from monitor world to the production booth and on the other side we get into the green room complex. Hit the elevator and that takes you to marquee level or up to confetti HQ.
December 31, 2025 at 5:07 PM
Talent is in hair and makeup. This takes hours. Meanwhile crew verifying every detail. Director is running through timing with just the camera crew. We’ve rehearsed this. Now we’re making sure nothings changed overnight.

The crowd outside is massive already.
