I imagine most Chelsea fans would prefer an "at home" 25/26 pre-season to set the team up for success in the best possible way.

Can't you formally ask the club (not Maresca) their plans for the 25/26 pre-season; the 24/25 USA tour was announced on 1st March 24, so I imagine some club director/secretary type will be formulating the plans for next seasons pre-season early in the new year.

I hope the club hierarchy are wise and prepare an "at home" pre-season schedule for the start of the 2025/2026 season. Hopefully the FIFA Club World Cup satisfies their U.S. market ambitions for that summer and the squad get a pre-season where sporting interests are the only priority.
