Finally got the first draft of my bEng thesis done

Further progress on my thesis project in terms of performance itself. I'm still trying to figure out weird spikes in terms of draw call gpu duration - I'm suspecting either poor meshlet data alignment or some X server stuff - that's what nsight is suggesting anyways.

Some progress on me BEng thesis, terrain rendering project. The mesh shader pipeline seems to work and I've also moved shader compiling to runtime to add GPU preferences before compiling. Meshlet building is very simple currently and optimized in any way - temporary to get anything to render ˙ ͜ʟ˙
