That's very true, but it's not the point I'm making. I'm also not making the point that female athletes shouldn't be able to wear gorgeous outfits that look 🔥. It's the disparity that I'm not a fan of.

Not the point. I don't follow any NBA accounts W or otherwise, but I just saw a post talking about a male player becoming the 4th person ever to do a thing on the court and this is the post I see from the WNBA. It's the disparity in messaging that I don't think is right.

The only issue I have with this is that it's the only WNBA media item I'm guaranteed to see on socials. I don't see any game footage, celebrations of stats busting achievements. It perpetuates a narrative that women have to do all the athletic stuff and STILL look presentable.
