Top surgery is only way for trans men to get rid of their breasts which are big source of dysphoria for them so it's pretty similar situation as SRS. Other surgeries aren't as common and some of them are even available for cis people.

As for your sources, I'm not sure how good your second source is. It's from Iran which is a very anti-LGBT country (big red flag) and it uses words like "transsexuals".

In this case bad self confidence is just a symptome of gender dysphoria and therapy alone can't help with that. I'm not saying that solution is to get a ton of surgeries, we are talking here about only 1 surgery, as in you get it once and that's it.

Looks like my choice of words wasn't good in that part, my bad, I wanted to make it short and I'm not a native English speaker so I make mistakes. What I wanted to say is that if you try to misrepresent what I say, just continue with same talkingpoint, go "nu-uh" or anything similar I'll ignore it.

I forgot to add one more thing. Genital dysphoria can make sex or even the idea of doing it very uncomfortable. Many trans people don't even want to do it before SRS. That's pretty important to a lot of people.

Third, some trans people never go trough SRS because they don't have any genital dysphoria and that's also valid.

The point of SRS isn't to define your gender, it's to remove something you don't like about your body and make you feel better in your own body. Second, SRS isn't "cutting off your genitals", that's how transphobic propaganda describes it to make it sound really bad and scary.

Ok, I'll give you 1 chance. If you don't aknowledge what I say I'll just ignore it. There are several problems with this meme. First, you are trying to make it seem like these 2 things contradict eachother. People go trough SRS because of dysphoria, having wrong body parts in general really sucks.

I don't waste my time arguing with transphobes, it's useless explaining things to someone who doesn't want to learn anything. And what you do isn't just posting memes and talking about one topic, everything you post is either hateful or total misrepresentation of reality.
