I agree. More than I would like to.
Apologies if my slightly fatalistic post came across as overly combative.

Beauty.

Please be quiet. It might give him ideas.
I’d prefer the words “civil war” to retain their definite article.

I thought during The Orange One’s first term that James Buchanan’s ghost must be hugging itself with glee.
One happy soul out of the whole disaster.

Horrific as it is, it’s a distraction.
October 22, 2025 at 9:41 PM
Why not?
Self-declared American Catholics are despairing of the Pope himself (as per the meme news) these days.
He simply doesn’t understand himself as a phony.

There’s a beautiful book “The Book of Lost Books” by Stuart Kelly, which is a bit like Gaiman’s Dream’s library. Books that for some reason never made it. Lost, started and abandoned, planned and never started, burned manuscripts, you name it.

Word count? With/without quotes or something?
Just guessing, I don’t know, really.

You’re assuming he understands the concept of “annual” (foreign-ish word, that).
Or that he can count further than 1.

Glad I cancelled my subscription way before this.
Seriously??
“Trump understood”?!?
“he will deserve”?!?!?

Does not compute.

Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful reply.
I’ll answer this one first, because easiest: I think you’re charmingly idealistic.
A frighteningly large amount of people would call Nancy “poignant” (partly b/c they don’t know what it means). The world is mad, in a worse way than the magazine.
September 4, 2025 at 9:39 PM
Problem is that “funny” or “poignant” is personal taste. MAD is a minority taste these days. I know which I prefer, but that is again personal.
September 4, 2025 at 4:27 PM
Yes of course.
July 26, 2025 at 10:17 PM
Thank you.
Much appreciated.

That, and that so far he has pretty much always been able to simply bullshit his way out of situations.
At least with his cult.
Mocking a disabled reporter? Insulting Gold Star families? Pussy-grabbing? The evidence is there, and so is he.
Funny, that.

I stand corrected, the Canada claim seems to be wrong.

Apologies
July 17, 2025 at 10:50 PM
Murderous.
And intentional.

But Canada is supporting too, aren’t they? Every little helps (as per Tesco), and I salute those who don’t withdraw, looking at you, @trevorproject.bsky.social
