Taking notes to progress on your progress, goals o even on a creating process, it's a change of mindset for me very important. As Tiago mentioned on the book, you only capture what resonates, put more effort on organize and discover this information and the most important, you put it in action.

I've been taking notes for long time (digitally and on paper) and many times a got the point where I asked myself what was the point to accumulate all that notes. Gather information for the sake of gathering it.
