Most dialogue options bring nothing in terms of impact or even just flavor and could have been removed. In most dialogues in DAI you could voice the Inquisitor's stance on mages, religion, their values etc. You have non of that in Veilguard: you're often stuck with 3 versions of the same answer.

I agree with everything! I'll also add how characters react in awkward ways, point out the most obvious things or (my pet peeve) CONSTANTLY start these weird self-help/therapy sessions as if we had to care about and cater to every one of their emotions.
