Went to Taiwan on a school trip. It was windy, miserable, and we ended up in a tiny little town cold and wet and windbattered. I stumbled into a barely-lit shop and the proprietress served us the best taro balls in a piping hot ginger dessert soup ever. I never found the town or the shop again.

It wasn’t just about AI. NaNoWriMo (th3 org) was involved in a grooming scandal that they tried to cover up, and then denied until the FBI got involved.
I’m sad. I hoped it’d get better, except they just doubled down on everything awful and are now trying to guilt trip the community for it.
