what kind of machine is it? If it's a Singer, that thing is a tank and will last you another thirty years with the occasional maintenance, plus the advantage of the drop-in bobbin.

(if, however, it has a cryhole and you threaded it successfully, you are a steely-eyed missile-woman and I salute you)

I went there once! I…have no idea where the hell it was, though. Lived there from ages 7 through 39, which is a bit horrifying to contemplate, and now I miss the damn place.

imagine the identity issues/inferiority complex a maddened hybrid might have when compared to, say, a big-block V8 Plymouth Fury
