With your idea, Democrats would never lose national elections, which I like. However, it's not what our founding fathers envisioned. Congress was established based on Equal representation by population.

We don't need to abolish the Electoral College, we just need EQUAL REPRESENTATION. Based on Wyomings population = having 1 house member, California should have 68. Every state population ÷ 584k equals the number of house seats. Yes we would have >423. So? It's been done before. Just add more desks
