most likely not, mainly as ACC has its niche (GT racing and the like), so unless KS surprise-drops a bunch of purpose-built race cars (especially beyond GT3) ACEvo isn't really replacing much

this is where i would've put a rant about "oh i could just play v version instead but the 3ds version has a cool modpack" but like. i found out people are actually modding v version
