There is an exception for real harm. That's it. The discourse is getting muddied by dodging that clear point of agreement. A video of an animal being abused, crime. A picture someone drew of the same, Not crime. If a real-life living creature wasn't at risk of harm, then there is no crime happening.

This joke may be too niche for todays hip kids to really appreciate :( Especially given that rent has only gone up since 2012. :'(
