My family lived in S.A. for 4.5 years beginning of the 1980s. Our paths crossed with that family a few times. Horrible people hated by everyone. Both parents known for being a-holes, drunks & sleeping around, and elmo was a nasty bully though he claims he was the one bullied. And not very smart.
