Founded in 2005 by 29 organic farmers, the cooperative has grown to include 200 members across the regions where the Centro Ecológico operates. In the first half of 2025, it supplied 200 tons of bananas, 30 tons of vegetables, and 10,000 liters of organic grape juice to the institutional market .
