via @UofLKSDC.bsky.social‬ Since the 2020 Census, Richmond has grown a whopping 12% and E-Town's population has increased 10%. Richmond is currently the state's 7th largest city and E-Town recently surpassed Florence to become the state's 8th largest city.

via @lehnerjw New Oregon population estimates from Portland State. Big news is ~50k downward revision, in part due to IRS data. Now not much diff b/w PSU & Census. Census ‘24 data in Dec. Impacts: likely none for forecast, expect mediocre growth, but size of potential labor force ~30k smaller

via @TexasDemography: @uscensusbureau State-to-State Migration Data: Around 612K people moved to Texas while 478K left for other states in 2023, ranking TX 1st in net gain. TX saw the most net inflows from California, Florida, & New York and net outflows to Colorado, North Carolina & Indiana.
