I'm old enough to remember a time before ebooks, when you had to physically go to your library every couple of weeks. This is soooo much better for my lifestyle. Also: no late fees.

I know there are various husky cafes internationally (so cute!), but I don't immediately see any in the US. That does seem odd.

Mass Effect, the first one. Partly a power fantasy, I played as FemShep and the game rolled with it, partly the great characters in my team, I loved incrementally updating my gear, even random NPCs were interesting. Just a good time.

For philosophical books, I like Robert Pirsig. Only two books but they're both great.
