🗣️ Crowding has been a problem for close to 10 years now, and politically grasping the challenge of solving an ED problem when the solution lies outside the ED, is multi-agency and multifactorial has seemed difficult.

It's vital to see this level of transparency with emergency department performance data so the big issues around flow and admissions are not masked by minor illness or injury and non-admitted performance in multi-site trusts.

⚠️This isn’t new, but it’s urgent. The NHS needs sustainable solutions such as CEMBooks that strengthen resilience, protect staff, and ensure safe care delivery through the toughest months.
