In most other countries, that would cost them their job. In the current US, the President would rehire them for ICE.

The US President being too close to the Russian dictator and running the country by Hitler's playbook, is something nobody on the beaches on D-day, of any nationality, could ever have envisioned. What a betrayal.

Well Russia openly accused the UK of having a hand in that audacious drone raid in Russia. Speaks volumes that Trump shared a phone call with Putin afterwards and didn't quietly phone Zelensky to congratulate him. Maybe because Zelensky visited Trump and knew he couldn't be trusted with the plan.

I thought you were going to say it was American friendly fire. My uncle (Scottish ) fought in WW2. He said, the joke was, if we fire the Germans duck, if the Americans fire, everybody ducks. lol. I think anyone who stepped ashore on D-day deserves hero status.

I'm ashamed that Starmer is giving Trump a state visit to the UK. There is a petition to prevent him being allowed to make a speech in parliament, but, às a convicted felon, he shouldn't even be in the country. He won't get a warm welcome here.
