#8 Bump in the Dark. I actually got to play this game yesterday.
A Forged in the Dark game that's a little bit Monster of the Week in theme, with a hint of Apocalypse Keys mystery mechanics.

According to the publisher website, book 4 was made for me "If you love angsty disaster lesbians with swords, you have come to the right place."
Even before I played my first game of 5e, I backed this on KS. One of the few RPG books I've read cover to cover, TSL is one of my fave games to run!

Use sign language (ASL or BSL) to shape spells in a world based on Arthurian lore.
I love this concept! I learned basic ASL as a kid. I always wanted to become fluent, but like all languages it's hard to learn if you don't have folks to practice with.

I know one of my pet peeves as a DM is flavor text that takes up half a page. The writing should be evocative-but concise. Especially at a Con game. Ain't no one got time to read your novella. Players will tune out faster than my childhood TV when the tinfoil fell off

Really excited about 2day's game! I adjusted a one shot I ran a bunch when I first started DMing. I always wanted to see a group go further than room 4. I def have enough story to get them to room 5, we'll see if they go to 6 & 7 out of pure curiosity!
