Is sound torture against the Geneva Conventions?

Finding a balance between feeling and not spiraling is hard. And the SAD and consumerism this time of year is never helpful. 🧵🛑

Mostly I’m avoiding it and burying myself in work and Veilguard. But occasionally my thoughts get stuck on the subject. I try now to allow myself to feel my feelings (sadness, a bit of despair) but I also know my brain is not functioning properly so *hopelessness* is emotional hyperbole. 🧵3

And I love getting family and friends gifts - I love the expressions they get. But I don’t know how to make that happen. Handmade things require shipping, and my supplies for making are piecemeal and sparse. 🧵2
