“Gluten Smart”. Ok, we’ll bite (umm, no we won’t). What does this mean? Does that mean you are knowledgable about what #gluten is? Does it mean that gluten is not included in your meals? If we’re confused, how does the rest of the #celiac community feel? #CeliacAwarenessMonth

“Gluten Friendly” is not a legally regulated term. Using these terms to describe your food or restaurant is confusing, can lead to cross-contamination, and will have celiac customers raising red flags. #celiac #glutenfree
