Because it was 40+ days, people were being harmed, there could have been an air disaster at any time and they didn't care. Trump is insane and never would have signed a bill that bolstered Obama's signature achievement.,

I had heard the head of the dog training program say on Deadline White House that no one convicted of harming a minor child would be allowed to participate. Wonder who overrode that policy.

Pitch black dark in the mornings when you need to wake up and light in the evenings when you need to wind down to sleep is unnatural and unhealthy. Standard time, when sun is highest in the sky at noon, is sun time.
