only way i motivate myself to continue writing my novel is if i go out to a cafe

some positive life updates:
- had a nice cafe catch up with my bestf
- managed to write an extra 5k words for the novel i am working on after having been on a writers block for months
- improving my attendance for uni since my physical & mental health deteriorating has been a struggle this semester
