On the island, there is a population of red squirrels (an endangered species in the uk, due to the introduction of the american grey squirrel.) There are conservation projects that are dedicated to restoring and maintaining habitats for our native animals to thrive :DD

It has a historical significance of being the first camp for scouts and guides, with multiple homages to Robert Baden-Powell, who essentially introduced the idea of scouting for children to help them learn survival and leadership skills.

Now, Brownsea Island. It's a little island just off the coast of Poole (around 20 mins away by ferry), it's owned by national trust, and is essentially a sanctuary for native animals. The island has no bins, to help it be more eco-friendly and protect the wildlife and animals living there

I did bring my instant camera with me because max cauldield era (slay), and took a picture of a busker we saw near the royal pavillion. It's lovely to see the amount of people in Brighton that want to go out and share their voices with others.

We also visited the town nearby to see my friend's partner. Shoreham is also very lovely, a nice peaceful area that's the perfect place to settle down with a new family, or retire to. There are a lot of charity shops and food places, all you need really :3

I love walking down the pebbly beach and seeing all of the local art businesses and bars on the beachfront. My friend and I made a little picnic, but didn't take into account that the seagulls are VICIOUS, and we did get attacked (her sandwich got stolen 😭😭)

Me and my friends had a lot of fun in Brighton, it's known as the gay capital of the uk because of its very lively lgbtq+ scene. We got lovely food, a lot of coffee, visited a cat cafe and did some shopping in The Lanes (my bank will not recover)

Petition for fall to be the only season. We only need fall and spring
