Saphyra's childhood friends. Left is currently unnamed. Right is Noxant. Saph's was betrothed to Noxant and they did eventually fall in love with each other when they were teens. Noxant lost his life just before their wedding.
The unnamed friend was good friends with both of them.

Faelyn and Kieran. Faelyn is a shard of Saphyra's on the first. Kieran is a shard of another Elezen of mine, Noxant.
I will detail their story a bit more in ALT text but the short of it is, they are the last of an Elven empire that fell during the flood of light.
Faelyn (left) and Kieran (right). Faelyn (shard of Saphyra on the First) is the daughter of a king and was discontent in her role as a princess. Though she was not sure what she wanted to do, just something more than a dainty daughter. Kieran (shard of Noxant on the first) is the son of a royal advisor from an allied city. He would often visit the city where Faelyn was and liked to tease her. These are the only re-incartned versions of Saphyra and Noxant where their love was not ill-fated. Faelyn (left) and Kieran (right) after their kingdoms fell to the flood of light. They are the only survivors. Though the Tree of Eternity that granted Elves their everlasting lives also fell to the flood, they still somehow live on many years after. Both thought the other dead until they ran into each other in the Crystarium. Kieran adopted an orphan Griffon, a species of the first that is on the verge of extinction of the flood. Faelyn and her deer. This deer was her only friend for many years after everything was lost to the flood of light. She eventually found the Grand Cosmos still stood and stayed there with Beq Lugg, who knows who she is. Beq is sworn to not tell anyone of her existence so he did not mention her to the WoL and Scions when they came to the Grand Cosmos.

This is a next gen character, Varin. He's Duskwight/Highlander. After Ala Mhigo was fully reestablished, his parents became the countries leaders. He is charming and a bit vain. Likes to call himself "The Prince of Ala Mhigo".

Still in Ishgard, this is Esme (left) and Julliette (right). I call them my "goth elf gfs". They run a florist shop both in the Jeweled Crozier with their cat. Esme is also a Valentione though she is not very close with her family.

Moving away from Saph's family but sticking with Ishgard... this is Opal!
She was a part of Ysayle's group & also Ysayle's advisor &good friend. Opal had feelings for Ysayle that were unfortunately not requited. Now she wanders Coerthas keeping an eye on the relations between Dragons & Ishgard.
Opal the Duskwight Elezen. Opal back when she was a part of the heretics with Ysayle, her best friend, and unrequited love. Opal having a conversation with Saphyra. Opal once tried to kill Saphyra, blaming her and also Estinien for Ysayle's death. She gave a Saphyra a chance to explain exactly what happened to Ysayle and why she was involved with them and she understood. Though Opal still does not like Estinien upon hearing that he and Ysayle ended up being very close romantically.

Sticking with Saphyra's family, these are her kiddos. Left to right: Aurelian, Alain, and Ophelia de Borel. There boys are twins and were born first. Ophelia arrived a few years later. The twins are practically the spitting image of their father. More in ALT text.
Aurelian, Alain, and Ophelia as adults. Aurelian is a DRG and the more serious one of the bunch. Alain is an AST and is more laid back. Ophelia is both DRG and SMN and can be sassy. Aurelian and Ophelia trained under Estinien and have a great realtionship with their father, Aymeric. They are less close with Saphyra, both haboring some resentment toward her for being the WoL and being away from home a lot. Alain is close with both his parents and sometimes gives his siblings crap for their resentments towards Saphyra. All 3 of the kids have close with each other.

Next is Silas Gray, Pascal Grey, and Idette. Silas is Saphyra's half brother through their father Sessort. Idette was his beautiful and lovely mother. Pascal is the son of Silas.
Currently Silas is happily seeing Artoirel.

Silas (left) and Pascal (right). Silas is half Duskwight and half Wildwood. He sought out his birth father after her his mother passed away from illness. He and his son now happily live with the Altheris family. Pascal was from a relationship Silas had with a Wildwood Elezen woman that did not work out. The pregnancy was accidental and she did not want children but Silas did. They came to an agreement that she would have the child but Silas would have sole custody and she would not be in the picture. Pascal is a joyful boy and has a great relationship with his father. Artoirel (left) and Silas (right). Saphyra, Silas's half sister, introduced him to Artoirel and he was immediately smitten. Though Silas does not live in Ishgard he visits regularly to see Artoirel and of course Saphyra if she is home from being the WoL. Idette! She's a lovely lady who was smitten by the charms of Sessort but torn that he is married. Once she found out she was with his child, she decided to end it and move as she feared they could no longer keep their affair a secret if she stayed. She was a great mother to Silas and grandmother to Pascal.

Besides my WoL Saphyra (posted her for this on her acct) I have many other Elezen that I want to use this opportunity to share!
We will start with Saphyra's parents Sessort (left) and Adie (right) Altheris. A noble family from the town of Alda Dae. More info in ALT text.
Sessort Altheris (left) and Adie Altheris (right). These are Saphyra's parents. She ran away from home when her father arranged a marriage with her best platonic friend after her love & first arranged marriage passed. Her friend is from another affluent family thus the arrangement. Saphyra did not speak with her parents for years. She eventually reinitiated contact with them and her relationship with them now is strained. Sessort is strict and Adie is less so but does cave to Sessort's will even if she doesn't agree. Their marriage was also arranged.
