So having been a New Orleanian for four decades, when the clerk at the post office offered me "Carnival Nights" stamps, I assumed they were images of Mardi Gras! Nope. Different kind of carnival.

I always have a non-fiction and a fiction going, as well as an audio book for in the car and doing housework. I just finished Trust by Hernan Diaz, which I read over the weekend. What a fabulous novel.
