I personally feel better from an emotional wellness standpoint even though I know I have a lot of things to do and work on but I still feel like too eh about going back to work??

Like I think being in my house, these past few days. In which I’ve been reconnecting with reading, writing, going to the gym and just taking it easy have put a lot of things in perspective.

Like last year, I’d had several panic attacks and would often be in autopilot when it came to be at work because if not I’d be tweaking and overwhelmed all the time if I didn’t dissociate but now I’m like over it??

Now I gotta finish my novel

I dont really know what to do right now with my life.
