I am the same way. I know it will help as soon as I take it, but for whatever reason, I tell myself I can outlast the pain 🤦🏻‍♀️ Even though I know I won’t 😬

I apologize for not seeing it that way. It seems I have forgotten how that was my own experience not too long ago.

I see that as more of a challenge than a disadvantage. Something that is simply a part of you that the other person gets to know and adapt to, just as you have.

College ruled loose leaf in a three ring binder has been a go-to for me. I always have extra paper from the kids’ school supplies and we always end up with extra binders somehow, too. Spiral notebooks that can be hooked into the binder as well. Honestly, the combos are endless.
