Also there are no volunteering opportunities near me for what I’d love to get experience in. They’re all closed for applications. I can’t really afford to volunteer, I have bills to pay!

It honestly makes me so depressed. I apply for an art technician job (which I’m perfect for) and they turn me down saying someone else had more experience. I get it. It’s just business. But why can’t anywhere give me a chance? A trial shift would show you how great I could be.

I feel like there is more luck involved with this app than other ones. As in there is no algorithm and trends aren’t pushed on you. Can’t help but feel like because I make such a niche art I’m not going to get seen on here, whereas illustrators are going to find it easier.
