It’s probably not fair to one or both of these artists, but I - a non-American - only figured out with this video that Morgan Wallen and Alex Warren are two different people. Both their names and music just sounded so nondescript to me that in my mind they were just categorised as ‘some white guy’ 🙈

It stood out to me, because the responses were so similar even though it doesn’t seem like a typical human response, and the “audience” connected so much meaning to signs I didn’t recognise at all (yes, I’m neurodivergent). These are going to be our signs from now on though :/ thank you for sharing

Oh so I wasn’t crazy. The responses of every person being “chosen” kind of bend over the dog and sort of holding them but not quite, crying but also possibly laughing, and then the sound of clapping but no one clapped made me suspicious. There’s still signs, but they’re getting creepily good.

If you have a hard time reading the room, I’d like to remind you that not saying anything is always a viable option.

My dad is like this as well, and I’m really sorry that he acts like this to you. I can tell you that the way he acts says everything about him and nothing about you, but knowing that doesn’t make it a lot better either. Sending you lots of digital hugs ❤️
