Thats the thing isnt it? The game genuinely IS good/decent and fun, its just the community that (can, and often does) ruin it.

You could turn off interactions, if it bothers you. Just set it to only mentioned people can comment.

Might I suggest the Extensions Twitter Control Panel and uBlock (with its element picker)? Between those two, I see only the people I follow, nothing else, fwiw.
Same goes for @shenpai.bsky.social as well, if you do feel the need to still use it.
