Snapping turtles lay their eggs in the mulch near our home, up a hill from the pond where they live. It’s another active week for hatching! (There’s traffic between the mulch and the pond so I relocate when I can)

We visited the Eric Carle Museum on Friday with an old friend visiting from out of town. Despite living so close we don’t often go - it’s still great! There is a beautiful Raúl Colón exhibit right now and another exhibit celebrating the endpapers of books.

We visited the Eric Carle Museum on Friday with an old friend visiting from out of town. Despite living so close we don’t often go - it’s still great! There is a beautiful Raúl Colón exhibit right now and another exhibit celebrating the endpapers of books.
