Honestly it should be standard practice that a country bans a company or person from a country that bans reciprocal purchases. A huge portion of the world restricts purchases of land (across most or any purpose) to non citizens or international companies. Why should they be given an advantage?

Glad to see this happened for Harvard and UofT. Talking w/ academics & there are quite a few US institutions in discussion now on remote campus programs in great Canadian universities. Unfortunately this just continues to expand the problem of education inequity which contributes to problems.

Piss them off, push them to existential challenge then leave them with all the dangerous stuff. Like, I'm not a fan of what happened, but JFC if you are gonna start it, then finish it. Otherwise dirty bombs will be in western cities within 2yrs.

Canada is a centrist country. In normal times Carney would be a conservative leader, but the current Alberta led reform alliance they took over the conservative party are not conservatives, and Carney Is a proper centrist with both left and right leaning policies.

Ditto my trips to Canada are most often thru Newark, but won't be for at least the next 4 yrs
